For me, Personal training is much more than just training and having somebody to wait for you at the gym. Personal training is about defining and clarifying your goals to create long-term motivation and drive. Then we create your plan to achieve those goals, and it will always be based on simple steps, coaching and effective training. Never on crazy diets and insane workout regimes. Your solution should always be adapted to you and your life, never the other way around. With me as your Personal Trainer and Health Mentor, your sessions will always be based on effective and motivating training and contain an element of education, with the intention of giving you the knowledge and tools, for you to become your own personal trainer, and keep and maintain your results for the rest of your life.
